Support ACTS

ACTS provides relief, fosters hope and promotes self-sufficiency for our Prince William area neighbors in crisis due to hunger, homelessness and interpersonal violence.

Over half of ACTS annual budget comes from cash donations.

Why Support ACTS

Over half of ACTS annual budget comes from donations. Hunger, homelessness, domestic violence, and sexual assault are not pretty. They make people uncomfortable and often exist in silence. In addition to cash donations there are many ways you can support ACTS through donating your time or items you no longer need.
Other Ways to Donate

ACTS also offers many varied volunteer positions to individuals and groups for each of our programs. Most helpful if you can commit to a schedule, your interests and experience may determine the area in which you wish to serve. Training is provided to all new volunteers.
Ways to Volunteer

Other Ways to Donate

Support Our Food Pantry

The ACTS food pantry gives away over 50,000 pounds of food each month to those in need in our community. We accept refrigerated and frozen items, produce, dairy, and non-perishables.

Give to the Thrift Store

All donations to ACTS directly benefit your local community. Everything you donate will create new opportunities for local people looking to looking to find a job, get their lives back on track or support their families.

Give Items Our Clients Need

There a number of items we give directly to clients when they arrive, while they are here, and when they leave. Gift cards, bus tokens, and kits of essential items are always needed.

Donate Your Vehicle

Don't throw money away trading in that used vehicle at a dealership. Donate it to ACTS. We'll provide you with hassle free pick up and get the most value from your donated vehicle. Plus, you get a tax deduction!
