  • Donations toward the purchase of Turkeys

What activities can I volunteer for?

  1. Unloading trucks full of donations
  2. Sorting donations
  3. Making the Operation Turkey Bags
  4. Moving non-Operation Turkey donations to storage
  5. Accepting individual donations

How do I sign up to volunteer?

Contact Mike Hinz to sign up for one of the available shifts. Shifts will fill up fast, so be sure to get your name(s) on the list ASAP. Please also supply a phone number and email address for each person or group so we can send out reminders or let you know if something changes.

What Major Food Drives support Operation Turkey?

Boy Scouts of America: The Boy Scouts will distribute bags & fliers to area houses on Sat. Nov. 6th, and pick up donations on the morning of Sat. Nov. 13th

Prince William County Schools: Each school will host a food drive from roughly Oct. 25th through Nov. 4th. Please check with your school for details.
