ACTS operates a 15 bed shelter for men, women and children. The initial stay is 28 days. In extenuating circumstances, extensions will be granted while finding permanent housing.

ACTS Shelter Program offers Case Management assistance. Case managers offer guidance in applying for assistance to become self-sufficient, find permanent housing, and limited employment services. Including SSI and Food Stamp Benefits. To summarize this program, ACTS offers:
- Assistance to become Self-Sufficient
- Assistance with childcare for homeless children
- Assistance to transfer to Permanent Housing
- Limited Employment Assistance
- Assistance in applying and receiving SSI Benefits
- Assistance in applying and receiving Food Stamps and other benefits
To Increase community involvement ACTS developed the Adopt-A-Room program. This program gives the community, one or two families/individuals or even companies, the chance to decorate a room at the shelter. The ACTS goal is to make each room warm and inviting. The shelter offers free room and board for homeless individuals.
