Hours of Operation for walk-in assistance: Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m.-11:30 a.m.
1 p.m.-3:00 p.m. Information/follow-up phone calls are taken until 4:00 p.m.
ACTS Emergency Assistance is a program established to assist families and individuals in crisis. Assistance is designed to help with an immediate emergency. ACTS/EA coordinates with faith communities and other organizations to help solve the immediate problem.
Categories and Time Limits of Assistance
Rental assistance within 5 day notice once every four months. Utility assistance with a cut off notice once every four months. Prescriptions with no health Insurance once every four months. Food Assistance once a month. Thrift store vouchers once every six months.
Volunteer Opportunities
Food Pantry: ACTS/EA welcomes food donations and volunteers to help pickup, unload, pack bags, and distribute food. If interested in any of these, please call.
Operation Turkey
This yearly project needs volunteers during the sorting and distribution phase to hand out bags to eligible families in November before Thanksgiving.
